Grown across the Sul de Minas and Mogiana highlands and decaffeinated with the Mountain Water Process — chemical-free, so the character stays in the cup — this is the one for the evening espresso, or the second flat white you didn't think you could have. Deep cocoa and nutty nougat lead, with a thread of dried plum and a soft caramel sweetness; the body is smooth and the acidity gentle. All the comfort of a proper Brazilian roast, none of the buzz.
