Returns and Refund Policy
No statutory right of withdrawal
For online orders, Swiss law grants no statutory right of withdrawal or return. A binding contract of sale is concluded once the order is completed.
Perishable goods and foodstuffs
Coffee, tea and other foodstuffs are perishable products and are excluded from return unless they are defective.
Defective or damaged goods
If your order arrives defective, damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of receipt at info@zermattkaffee.ch with your order number and, if possible, a photo. We will, at our discretion, provide a free replacement or refund the purchase price of the items concerned.
Transport damage
Please report visible transport damage immediately upon receipt, ideally with a photo of the packaging.
Equipment and accessories
Coffee machines, grinders and accessories are covered by the statutory warranty rights and any applicable manufacturer guarantees. Please do not return any equipment without contacting us first.
Refunds
Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method. Processing may take a few business days depending on the payment provider.
