La Marzocco Leva X — 1-group

The Leva is La Marzocco's mechanical lever machine — extraction by spring and hand, the most tactile way to pull a shot — and the X-series gives the barista modern control over it. Pre-infusion pressure, shot volume and extraction pressure are all user-adjustable, and digital displays show real-time pressure on the puck, pre-infusion and extraction timing, and the full shot pressure curve.

A single-group lever machine, made to order. Runs on a fixed water connection or its integrated tank, on a standard 220 V supply. Supplied, installed and supported by Zermatt Kaffee.
