Scope: Processing of personal data under the Swiss Federal Act on Data Protection (nFADP) and, where applicable, the EU GDPR.

What we collect: Account details, order data, payment metadata (via payment providers), support messages, and web analytics / cookie data.

Purposes & legal bases:

Contract performance — processing orders and customer service
Legitimate interests — site security, analytics, fraud prevention
Consent — newsletter and non-essential cookies

Processors / recipients: Shopify (store platform & hosting), payment providers (e.g. Stripe, PayPal, TWINT), logistics partners (Swiss Post).

Retention: Data is kept only as long as needed for the stated purpose and to meet legal obligations (e.g. tax and commercial law).

Your rights (CH / EU): Access, rectification, deletion, restriction, data portability where applicable, objection to direct marketing, and withdrawal of consent.
