La Marzocco Wally Milk — Automatic Milk Steamer

The Wally Milk takes milk texturing off the barista's hands. It connects to the steam boiler or steam wand of any espresso machine delivering over 1.2 bar, recognises the jug size and volume automatically, and steams to a set temperature between 50 and 70 °C — freeing your team to focus on the espresso and the customer.

Twenty programmable recipes and five stretching settings mean every cappuccino and flat white comes out the same, whoever is on the bar. Supplied and supported by Zermatt Kaffee.
