The name is straightforward. So is the approach — take two origins with something distinct to say, blend them with precision, and get out of the way. Guatemalan beans bring dark chocolate, orange brightness, and a honeyed sweetness; Indian Robusta adds cocoa depth, walnut weight, and a finish of white pepper that keeps the whole thing interesting. It's the espresso for a Moka pot on a Sunday morning, or a short sharp shot that reminds you why you love coffee in the first place. Full-bodied, aromatic, and completely unapologetic.
