La Marzocco Jay Grinder

The Jay is La Marzocco's grinder for the bar — built around one idea: get a precise, repeatable dose into the portafilter fast, with as little waste as possible. A 68 mm flat burr set, designed in-house, grinds an 18 g shot in just under five seconds.

A 45° tilted grinding chamber and a magnetic burr holder keep retention under two grams, so each dose tastes like the bean you actually loaded — not yesterday's. Stepless adjustment dials the grind in exactly where you want it, and the connected interface keeps settings consistent shift after shift.
